My family has been going to Reflections since 2012 and we wouldnt go anywhere else. My mom had her braces here, my little sister has braces here now, I have braces here (of course), and my younger sister will be getting her braces here soon too. This is the most friendly and outgoing dental practices I have ever been too. The assistants are amazing and Dr Blackman is super nice to everyone.

We feel like family when we walk in! Everyone knows our daughter and was great working with her special needs. She gets many compliments on her beautiful smile. Now that my son has begun treatment, he already notices a positive difference in how his bite feels. When we’ve had problems with discomfort after an adjustment, they’ve always been kind and responsive, even with a stressed out mom! We are grateful for the team at Reflections!

So the idea of braces was a terrifying thought to me. I was 21 when I came to Reflections, and it took everything in me to walk through the door. My childhood friends told me horror stories of scarred gums, spacers that made eating impossible, rubber bands that they accidentally swallowed in their sleep, their parents having to take out large amount loans to afford them, Etc.

I. Was. Terrified.

But I also really needed braces so I finally sucked it up, asked my dentist, and he referred me to Reflections.

And it was the BEST DECISION EVER.

The receptionists where so so so kind to me, they explained everything to me in a very calm and extremely clear way, the (financial advisor?) talked me though a payment plan that didn’t have me clutching my purse in an outrageous way (HOW THEY'RE SO AFFORDABLE IS BEYOND ME) and Dr.Blackman talked me though what would be best to make my smile the smile I always wanted.

And the staff! Oh my goodness the staff. They’re so nice, prompt, professional and just over all amazing. They went out of their way to put me at ease, they always remember my name and joke with me. I absolutely adore them.

10/10 this is the place to go.

I have never had a bad experience at Reflections. Everyone wears a genuine smile and is just a pleasure to be around. I feel important and seen when I come here. It's so comforting!!
