Amazing people. They care about their patients. Don’t expect a simple “yes” or “no” if you ask a question, they go into detail ensuring that you are comfortable about every aspect surrounding your procedure. The staff is extremely friendly and I’ve never experienced anyone having an “off” day. The facility is clean and neat. I’d recommend Reflections Orthodontics to anyone and everyone.

We have had nothing but wonderful visits at our Reflections office on Rudolphtown! Our son was so terrified to get braces, but with the compassion and caring that this whole team gives to each patient, he absolutely loves going for visits and always asks when he gets to go back! Thank you to this whole team for always making our visit the best visit every single time.

I'm very pleased with the experience so far. My daughter started treatment today. The staff is always so sweet and treats us like family. I like not having to wait and knowing what to except during and after the appointment.

Reflections Orthodontics has been the best dental experience for both me and my children. The service is top notch and the facility is beautiful. The personalized service makes this Orthodontist like no other. They took time to answer all of my questions and explained options in detail. I received a hand written note thinking me for choosing Reflections from the office manager after my first visit. Then the Dr. Blackman called me the evening I got my braces put on to check in with me and ensure everything was going well! I love the staff at Reflections and highly recommend them.

Both of my daughters see Dr. Blackmon. They both love him. The staff or sweet and knowledgeable.....everything is explained from day 1. Great experience during what can be a stressful time

I had my first Orthodontic visit on Valentines Day and I must say the office is very nice, the staff is helpful, excellent, and friendly in every way possible! I was given a tour of the facility and was presented with a treatment plan rather quickly. It was an amazing Orthodontic experience! I later returned to the other location a week or so later off 101st and had my top braces placed in a timely manner and was given a follow up call that same day to check on how I was doing. Services are spectacular! I highly recommend Reflections to anyone needing ortho treatment or consult. They treat you like close friends and family! Thank you Reflections for easing my mind and giving me a smile to look forward to!
We could not be happier with our experience at Reflections. After 11 months, Ava has now had her braces removed and we are following up to monitor her retainer every 3-4 months. We definitely feel like we got a good value for our money at Reflections as her teeth look beautiful. There are lots of little things that make Reflections stand out from the rest. To start, the facility is absolutely beautiful and it feels as if you are waiting in a vacation lodge. There are always yummy snacks and both of my daughters (including little sister who is not yet a patient) enjoy playing in the game room during appointments. The staff is super sweet and professional and always seems to respect my time as a busy mom. When you add all of these perks to the fact that they do great work, it is a WIN!!
My son had braces put on today and it couldn't have gone any smoother. During the prep-visit they explained everything in detail and answered his questions so he wasn't scared at all. We got there early (mostly because he wanted to play in the game/movie room) and we were in and out of the office in no time. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable and super-friendly and I loved that they followed up with a phone call to make sure he was doing okay. I also love that they use the clear brackets instead of silver. Braces aren't cheap, but if you're going to do it, Reflections is the way to go!
I haven't been to Reflection Ortho in years, but then and now the experience is still a great one. Every interaction went quickly and smoothly, the staff was incredible and very knowledgeable. So glad I made the decision to return to them for my corrections! I would recommend them for anyone in the Clarksville area.
